Job Title: Vice Principal(Al Ain)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice Principal to join our educational institution in the United Kingdom. As the Vice Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to support the overall management and strategic direction of the school. This is a permanent position requiring full-time hours.
Job Duties:
- Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies and procedures
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including staff management and student discipline
- Play a key role in curriculum development and assessment processes
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure high-quality educational programmes
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of school personnel
- Manage school budgets and resources effectively
- Represent the school at various events and meetings
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position
- In-depth knowledge of educational policies and procedures
- Strong leadership and management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Education or related field
- Experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Professional certifications in educational leadership
Working Conditions:
- This role is based in the United Kingdom
- Full-time hours are required
- Salary range: AED20000 - AED22000 per month
