Job Duties:
Develop and deliver engaging lessons in Design and Technology to students.
Create and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
Evaluate and assess student progress to provide constructive feedback and support their development.
Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the overall success of students.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design and Technology or related field.
Teaching qualification/certification.
Valid teaching licence.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Design and Technology or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Design and Technology.
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong knowledge of Design and Technology curriculum.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
