Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and high-quality vocal music lessons to secondary students in line with the British and IB curricula.

Direct and support school choirs, ensembles, and musical performances.

Foster students’ appreciation for music through creative, inclusive, and skill-based teaching methods.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s performing arts programme.

Contribute to extracurricular activities, school concerts, and community events.

Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field.

Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant teaching experience.

Experience with British or IB curricula preferred.

Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiasm for inspiring students and contributing to a vibrant school community.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 RMB gross per month (depending on experience)
