A reputable British International School in Kuwait is seeking a qualified Secondary English Teacher to join its team from August 2026. The school follows the British curriculum and promotes high academic standards within a dynamic international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English across relevant secondary key stages
Prepare students for GCSE and/or A-Level examinations
Plan, assess, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the British curriculum
Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies where required
Contribute to departmental and whole-school development
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree issued from the UK
UK PGCE & QTS (essential – candidates without these cannot be considered)
Experience teaching English within the British curriculum
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £2,700 – £3,400 per month
Accommodation: Provided or housing allowance
