Cover People have been working on a number of opportunities in School Support, across Greater Manchester, and are currently recruiting for the following positions:
- Special Needs Support Assistant
- LSA (classroom assistant)
- Tutor
- Behaviour Support Assistant
These are mostly on a full time basis, however there is room for flexibility.

Ideal candidates will have relevant childcare qualification (a Degree is desirable for school based Tutors) and all these roles are face to face positions.
We are looking for passionate, confident individuals who have previous UK experience working with children. Unfortunately, candidates without this experience will not be considered.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and will be able to de-escalate behaviour issues. You will be supported in your role in order to help students engage and thrive academically. In addition, the child's wellbeing is paramount to you and you will have a good understanding of how to build positive, effective relationships.

The candidate must have:
- Experience working with children
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- DBS on update service
- References for last 2 years work history
- Up to date CV with 10 year work history
