Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies or Economics lessons to students
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments and exams
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic development
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business Studies curriculum
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or related field
- Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
- Valid teaching licence
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Business Studies
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Knowledge and Skills:
- Deep understanding of Business Studies curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Education
- Experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level
