Cover Supervisor:
Cover People are currently recruiting for a full time long term Cover Supervisor in a Secondary School based in Rochdale. The role is ongoing and for an immediate start.
The role:
The school would like the successful candidate to provide classroom supervision of students in the short-term absence of teaching staff. The candidate will be required to oversee and collaborate with pupils, both individually and in groups, following the guidance of senior staff. This may include addressing unique learning requirements, ensuring equal opportunities for all students and aiding in classroom management and behaviour strategies when teachers are briefly unavailable.
The candidate must have:

Degree Qualified, or relevant teaching experience/qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to conduct pre-planned lessons

Confidence to adapt to any situation

Passion to impact students to create a productive environment for students
