Primary Teacher Year 3
Cover People are currently working alongside a Primary school based in Manchester, M11, who are currently seeking a long-term supply Teacher to fill the role of a Year 3 Class Teacher starting in April 2024.
Role
This vacancy is currently open to all ECT’s as well as FQT’s. The school have expressed there is potential of this role becoming permanent for the right candidate after the duration of the role. . The successful Teacher will be required to plan and deliver all lessons, helping to develop an engaging learning environment with the aid of an experienced classroom Teaching Assistant. Plan and deliver creative and diverse lessons to children of all abilities. Direct TA to support children where required. Report on class performance, Implement behavioural strategies and Adhere to school safeguarding policy

The School
This Primary School was rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED in 2018 and has an excellent track record with attainment. Pupils are well-behaved and enjoy going to school. The school is a 2 form entry and has just achieved “GOOD” following the appointment of a new head two years ago. The SLT are very supportive of personal development and may offer courses throughout the course of the academic year. The school has been working hard to become a forest school and hopes to achieve this in the near future.
