A reputable international school in Chongqing is seeking a qualified Primary Homeroom Teacher to join its team from August 2026. The school follows both the British and IB curricula and fosters a supportive and engaging learning environment for students from diverse international backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and manage a primary homeroom class across relevant key stages
- Plan, assess, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the British and IB curricula
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Contribute to departmental and whole-school development
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within the British or IB curriculum
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 RMB per month
- Accommodation: Housing allowance provided
- Benefits: Annual flight allowance, medical cover, child places, and a fully paid 12-month contract
