A reputable international school in Shanghai is seeking a qualified English Teacher to join its team from August 2026. The school follows both the British and IB curricula and maintains high academic expectations within an international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English across relevant key stages
- Plan, assess, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the British and IB curricula
- Support students in developing strong reading, writing, and communication skills
- Monitor student progress and implement intervention strategies where required
- Contribute to departmental and whole-school development
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English within the British or IB curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 RMB per month
- Accommodation: Housing allowance provided
- Benefits: Annual flight allowance, medical cover, child places, and a fully paid 12-month contract
