Job Description:
An international IB school in AlUla, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join their early years team in August 2025. The school follows the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) and is committed to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in young children. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver inquiry-based, play-centered lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework.
Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
Collaborate with the early years team to plan interdisciplinary units and school events.
Participate actively in the school community and contribute to a positive school culture.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
Minimum of two years of post-qualification teaching experience in early years.
Experience with the IB PYP is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a nurturing, student-centered approach.
