An international IB school in AlUla, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join their early years team in August 2025. The school follows the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) and is committed to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in young children. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver inquiry-based, play-centered lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the early years team to plan interdisciplinary units and school events.
- Participate actively in the school community and contribute to a positive school culture.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
- Minimum of two years of post-qualification teaching experience in early years.
- Experience with the IB PYP is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing, student-centered approach.
