Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and management of the Secondary School, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student outcomes.

Oversee curriculum development, assessment, and professional learning in line with the British educational framework.

Foster a positive and supportive school culture that promotes student wellbeing and personal growth.

Lead, motivate, and support a team of teachers and middle leaders to achieve excellence.

Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive whole-school improvement initiatives.

Maintain strong communication and partnerships with parents and the wider school community.
Requirements:

Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).

Significant leadership experience, ideally within a British curriculum international school.

Proven track record of effective school leadership and staff development.

Strong background in pastoral care and student wellbeing.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum, tax-free
