Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction across all areas of the school to ensure the highest standards of academic and pastoral care.

Oversee curriculum delivery, teaching quality, and staff development in line with British educational standards and KHDA requirements.

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Lead, mentor, and inspire the senior leadership team and teaching staff.

Strengthen relationships with parents, the wider community, and educational stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with KHDA and other regulatory frameworks, maintaining the school’s outstanding reputation.
Requirements:

Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).

Extensive leadership experience at a senior level, ideally within a British curriculum international school.

Strong understanding and experience of the KHDA inspection and regulatory processes.

Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

Commitment to promoting excellence, inclusion, and student wellbeing.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 AED per month (tax-free, depending on experience)
