Key Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership for the Primary School, ensuring a high-quality teaching and learning experience.

Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and professional development in line with British educational standards.

Promote a nurturing, positive, and inclusive school culture focused on student wellbeing and holistic development.

Support, develop, and inspire teaching staff to achieve excellence across all areas of school life.

Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive continuous school improvement and uphold the school’s values.

Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community to enhance engagement and communication.
Requirements:

Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).

Extensive leadership experience, ideally within a British curriculum international school.

Strong background in pastoral care and student wellbeing.

Proven ability to inspire staff and students alike.

Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
