Cover People are currently looking for an experienced Food Technology Teacher that are seeking work in secondary schools. We are specifically working with a private school in the Rochdale/Oldham area, who are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher with a strong behaviour background. CONTRACT DETAILS: • Location – Rochdale/Oldham • Job Title – Food Technology Teacher • Level - GCSE and A-Level • Start date - ASAP • End date - July 2022 • Contract type - Temporary • Full time or part time available • Rate of pay - £140 - £200 per day • Hours - 8:30 am – 15:15 pm THE SCHOOL: A successful oversubscribed private school in the Rochdale/Oldham area High achieving students Excellent facilities for teaching and learning Small classes – average of less than 20 in Key stage 3 and 15 in key stage 4 and 5 Easily Accessible by car, bus and Metrolink CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: • Teachers must hold either QTS or QTLS status or be an NQT • Excellent behaviour management skills • A nurturing and caring nature • Excellent communication skills • DBS on update register or be willing to process a new application • References for last 2 years work history • Up to date CV Free, accredited continued professional development courses including safeguarding and behaviour management available.
