An established International School in Indonesia is seeking an experienced School & University Guidance Counsellor to join its team from August 2026. The school follows the Cambridge curriculum and provides a supportive environment focused on student wellbeing, academic pathways, and university progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, personal, and university guidance to secondary school students
- Support students with university applications and career pathways
- Work closely with school leadership, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate student records and reporting
- Contribute to whole-school pastoral support and student development
Requirements:
- A related degree
- At least 3 years of counselling experience within a secondary school setting
