SEN Teaching Assistant – Stockport Cover People are currently working with a secondary school in Stockport who are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support to a male student with emotional and behaviour needs and other additional learning needs from as soon possible on an ongoing basis The Role: The role is for Teaching Assistants who have experience supporting teenagers with autism or Asserter's or ASD, supporting teenagers with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The school would also consider a background in social care such as children's social worker, family support or adults with mental health. The School: This secondary school is based in Stockport and opens its doors to students from age 11-16. They have high expectations of staff and students. It is a positive community focused school with excellent transport links.
