School Description:
An established International School in Shanghai is seeking a qualified College Counsellor to join the team from August 2026. The school delivers a rigorous academic programme through the AP and A Level curriculum, supporting students in their academic journey and university placements worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students through university application processes
- Provide advice on international university placements
- Support students with personal statements and applications
- Work closely with parents and staff regarding student progression
- Organise university fairs and information sessions
Requirements:
- A relevant degree and previous experience in college counselling
- Strong understanding of international university admissions processes
- Fluency in Chinese is a mandatory requirement
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 RMB per month (including housing allowance)
Benefits: Annual return flights and medical cover
Curriculum: AP and/or A Level
