A highly regarded British International School in Kuwait is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Secondary Music Teacher to join its Creative Arts department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Music at Secondary level following the British Curriculum.

  • Deliver well-structured, inspiring lessons that develop performance, composition and listening skills.

  • Assess and record pupil progress accurately, providing constructive feedback.

  • Differentiate instruction to support a wide range of abilities and musical interests.

  • Lead and organise ensembles, concerts and other performance opportunities.

  • Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school extracurricular provision.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Music or a related field.

  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).

  • Experience teaching the British Curriculum (essential).

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for performance and music education.

  • International teaching experience is advantageous.
