Physical Education Secondary Teachers required for mainstream Secondary School in Amber Valley We are currently working with a fantastic secondary school in Amber Valley to recruit a PE Teacher. The PE teacher is responsible for planning, teaching and tutoring students in a school setting. You will teach a range of different sports and provide young people with an opportunity to develop and improve their social and physical skills. • Work soley in the PE department with • Have LSA's/TA's to support your classes • Competitive rates of pay • Hours - 09-15.15 - Monday to Friday • ASAP Start - ongoing up until end of Summer with possibility of extension You will need: • Experience working with secondary aged pupils and hands on experience teaching sports – this can include experience not in schools such as a youth mentor, instructor, club leaders etc. • Display confident classroom management and behaviour strategies • Be available as soon as possible • Be resilient, reliable and passionate about excelling within education with a real enthusiasm for inspiring pupils to engage with their learning and development • If you have a DBS on the update service this is ideal To apply: To apply for this particular position, please submit your CV via the button below.
