Job Duties:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging maths lessons to students
• Assess and evaluate students' progress
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
• Teaching qualification/certification
• Excellent command of the English language

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field

Experience:

Prior experience teaching maths preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the maths curriculum
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mathematics or Education
• Experience teaching in an international setting

Working Conditions:

The role involves working full-time hours in a school setting in Malaysia. The teacher may need to adapt to cultural differences and work collaboratively with colleagues.
