Level 3 Forest School Leader - Tameside
Cover People are currently recruiting for a part-time Level 3 Forest School Leader for a role based in a Primary School in Tameside for an April 15th start.
The Role
A Primary School in Tameside is seeking a Level 3 Forest School Leader from February half-term to work in their Forest School. The successful applicant will be working on a part-time basis, Monday to Friday mornings supporting and inspiring children through positive outdoor experiences. You will be required to assist in a variety of activities which depend on the learners age, stage of development, topics and interests.
The candidate must have:
- A Level 3 Forest School Qualification
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- DBS on update service
- References for last 2 years work history
- Up to date CV
The School
At this school children will have the opportunity to learn about the natural environment, how to handle risks and most importantly to use their own initiative to solve problems and co-operate with others. The children use full sized tools, play, learn boundaries of behaviour; both physical and social, establish and grow in confidence, self-esteem and become self-motivated.
