3 X 1:1 Teaching Assistant’s
Cover People are currently recruiting for 3 X TA to work full time in a Primary School in Gorton, to start April 15th and continue until July 2024, the role offers flexibility as the hours are to start work at 8:30am and finish 3.30pm Monday - Friday.
A primary school in Bury is currently looking for a 3 X Ta’s to provide support both inside and outside the classroom. You will be supporting as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant helping pupils with SEN. The candidate will be expected to support the children in there learning and should be able to confidently follow lesson plans to a high quality. You will need to have prior experience supporting pupils with special educational needs.
The candidate must have:
- A proactive approach to supporting learning & development
- Working with or caring for children of a relevant age
- Experience of working with/supporting SEN children
- Skills to engage and motivate children in small groups
- Ability to use a range of strategies to encourage engagement and positive behaviours
- Ability to manage resources efficiently and effectively use new technology
- Excellent communication skills with children, staff, parents, and the wider community
- A proven track record of good attendance
- DBS on update register
- References for last 2 years work history
- Up to date CV
