Worldwide Teaching is a small boutique education recruitment agency supplying teachers from across the world into international schools who predominantly offer the British Curriculum. 

As a small team of specialist permanent recruiters we pride ourselves on being experts placing high quality teachers and school leaders into the international schools market.

We are now looking for an International Recruitment Consultant to join us.

About the Job

-          Network with teachers and school leaders across the international schools market

-          Attract, source, screen, vet and interview new applicants interested in working in international schools

-          Create candidate profiles / marketing to present to client schools

-          Build strong customer relationships with schools over the phone and in online meetings

-          Negotiate contract fees

-          Consult with Headteachers on contract terms, candidate availability etc.

-          Use CRM to manage sales and marketing activity, perform candidate searches, manage client relationships and fill vacancies

-          Identify recruitment partnership opportunities with individual schools and school groups

-          Provide ongoing support to teachers while overseas and help them to find new roles in the UK before they return home

-          Work as a team to hit individual and team targets

Support & Career Development
