School Description:
A British International School in Chengdu is seeking an experienced Head of Boarding to join from August 2026. The school follows the British curriculum and offers a supportive international teaching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the boarding provision
- Oversee student welfare, safeguarding, and pastoral care
- Manage boarding staff and daily operations
- Ensure a high standard of care and student experience
- Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- A relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Head of Boarding within an international school
- Strong pastoral and leadership experience
- Prior leadership experience is advantageous
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ¥500,000 – ¥600,000 RMB per annum
- Accommodation: Provided
