Job Title: Head of Boarding

School Description:
A well-established British IB School in Chengdu is seeking an experienced Head of Boarding to lead and manage its boarding provision from August 2026. The school follows the British and IB Curriculum and places strong emphasis on student wellbeing and pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the boarding provision
- Ensure student wellbeing, safeguarding, and pastoral support
- Manage and support boarding staff and routines
- Act as a key point of contact for students, parents, and leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Recognised teaching or leadership qualification
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a boarding or pastoral leadership role
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 RMB per month
