I am currently looking for general cover teachers for an Orthodox Jewish boys school in Salford. The role is teaching physically in the school - no remote teaching - and is on ad hoc day to day supply basis The role General Cover Teacher Delivering set work in a range of subjects, predominantly English, Maths & Science, Art and PE & Table Tennis Students attend from 8.30 to 6pm, supply teachers are required from 12 noon to 6pm. The school is closed on Fridays. Experience of teaching in a small faith school or boys school or international school would beneficial. Experience of teaching students with additional needs such as SEN and EAL would be beneficial Teachers must have a professional teaching qualification leading to QTS or QTLS . The school Salford Jewish Orthodox boys schools for boys aged 11 to 15. Students study the Kodesh curriculum in the morning and secular studies are in the afternoon. GCSE curriculum is started in year 9 with students sitting GCSE examinations at the end of year 10. Recently relocated to new premises due to being oversubscribed. Excellent support for boys with additional needs. The school have an on-site Covid testing centre for all staff and students and have implemented additional risk assessments to protect everyone as much as possible. Easily accessible by bus and car on the Salford/Bury border.
