English Teacher - Central Manchester Cover People are recruiting on behalf of a large Good School in Central Manchester who have exemplary behaviour and outcomes for students. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a long term opportunitity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate! The school pride themselves on their quality of teaching and learning, and have a very supportive SLT. This role is to start in January and will most likely run till the April half term as this is when the school will be looking for an English teacher to start permanently. The Role The successful English Teacher will be required to support students in a whole class and on a 1:1 basis. The students are within Year 7 to Year 11 and require help in accessing the National Curriculum. The school prides itself of excellence within academia and a teacher with experience in “stretch and challenge” with the gifted and talented students would be advantageous. Requirements PGCE NARRIC QTS or QTLS Experience teaching English English or related Degree 2:2 and above Ideally 2 years’ experience though NQTs are welcome to apply Must have experiance Teaching English to KS3,KS4 and A level Students.
