English Teacher at SEMH School in Crewe Cover People are currently recruiting for a full time, English Teacher in an EBD, SMEH all boys provision in Crewe. The role is part time, 3 days a week. The Role The candidate must be an experienced Teacher with experience within education and residential homes. The ideal candidate would be able to work within the school, and create enthusiastic and positive relationships with the students. They are looking for someone who will work on maintaining a positive rapport with the children and who is keen to work. The children are not challenging and are easily managed but they need to have someone working with them who will encourage them to work hard. The candidate must have: • 6 months experience working with children • Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEN and complex needs • Excellent behaviour management skills • Excellent communication skills • DBS on update register • References for last 2 years work history • Up to date CV The School Children come to this School in order to access their unique curriculum which puts the needs of the individual child first.
