Drama Teacher Required North Derbyshire Cover People are recruiting on behalf of a smaller than average but very friendly, supportive and collaborative school in the North of Derbyshire which is easily accessible from Tameside, Manchester, Trafford and Oldham. The school require a confident Drama teacher to take over the department which is part of the Technology department. Drama is offered from KS3- Year 11, as well as at GCSE Level. The schools is smaller than average and as such have 1 Drama teacher. The successful applicant must be confident to run the department therefore. Planning and marking is expected as part of this role. This would be an excellent opportunity for a Drama teacher hoping to make the next step up to a HOD role. The Role The successful Drama teacher must be a determined and confident person with adequate experience to be able to work independently as there are no other Drama teachers. However, schemes of work and resources will have been left. The schools are a good provider and are complimented on the collaboration of all staff with one another and with the collaborative approach the school clusters have with one another. This would be a fantastic networking opportunity for the right candidate.
