Art Teacher - Stockport Cover People are looking for an Art Teacher for a large secondary school based in Stockport. This role will be to start in September and be likely to run until December 2023. The role The role consists of teaching Art from KS3 to KS4. You will be required to plan and mark coursework/additional work. We are looking for a passionate and confident art teacher who holds either a QTS or QTLS. The School The school serves a comprehensive intake of young people, with approximately 1100 children of all abilities and backgrounds. The school prides itself on being an inclusive school, with a large support network of professionals surrounding our curriculum in the classroom. Students follow an ambitious curriculum with a large range of both academic and practical subjects at GCSE, supplemented by an increasing vocational pathway. Ideal candidate Must hold a UK recognised QTS or QTLS Have a child workforce only DBS (we can help you apply!) Excellent subject knowledge and up to date awareness of curriculum Good classroom management All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK. Job Type: Full-time Salary: £140.00-£220.00 per day
