SEND Teaching Assistant Cover People are recruiting on behalf of a diverse and inclusive secondary school based in Salford for an SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2021. The Role The successful SEND Teaching Assistant must have experience of working with children with ASC. They must have a commitment to inclusive education that meets the needs of individual pupils. A good understanding of how to support the learning needs of individual students. Must have an ability to be flexible, positive and good humoured. A successful candidate will be expected to respond positively to students’ needs while supporting positive behaviour. High levels of maths and English and excellent interpersonal skills.
