I am currently looking for a qualified and experienced SENCO who is available for a full time role on an ongoing basis in an Academy in Rochdale. The role Full SENCO responsibilities Five days a week Managing the EHCPs and additional needs of more than 150 students Managing the SEN department with the support of two LSA managers Liaising with stakeholders including parents , social workers, health care professionals and other schools in the Rochdale area Applicants must have the SENCO qualification and have previous experience as a SENCO or Assistant SENCO in a mainstream school. The school Very large secondary Academy in Rochdale Improving school working to regain its previous Good Ofsted status Broad range of SEN needs including Dyslexia, ASD and some students with complex medical needs.
