Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Stockport Daily rate: £85- £95
Cover people recruiting patient and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistants to work in our vibrant schools across Stockport.
As a Teaching Assistant you will need to have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs. You will need to have strong communication skills and have the ability to adapt your approach depending on the needs of the child.
Responsibilities:
- Support the educational and social development of children with special educational needs (SEN).
- Help pupils to understand and regulate their emotions and behaviour.
- Provide 1:1 and group support to children with SEN, creating an inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans for pupils.
