School Receptionist - Bury Cover People are recruiting on behalf of a small and friendly secondary school based in Bury for a School Receptionist/Administrator to join their team ASAP on an on-going basis. Benefits • Excellent pay rates • Full-time ongoing role • On-going support from your dedicated Consultant • Free Level 2 Safeguarding CPD training The Role The successful candidates’ duties will be: • General Reception duties • Meet and greet for all school visitors • Answering phones • Collecting and recording of dinner money • General Admin and use of SIMS This role will be 5 days per week, from 08:00AM to 04:00PM, and will be on an on-going basis. Requirements • Experience working in a busy school office • Excellent communication skills • SIM’s experience is preferred but not essential The School This is a smaller than average secondary school with 717 students currently on roll and retains its position at the heart of its local community and many families have sent all of their children to the school which contributes to the strong relationships we have with their parent body. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional atmosphere that reflects the values and ethos of the school.
