We are currently recruiting for a number of roles across Vietnam in cities such as H.o Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Successful candidates will hold a PGCE or equivalent and have relevant teaching experience in their subject. Additional visa requirements may apply.

Why sign up with Worldwide Teaching? Our dedicated consultant James taught at international schools in South-East Asia for 6 years and thoroughly enjoyed his time there. He believes it is a fantastic region in which to live and teach, whether it’s your first overseas role or if you already have international experience. He knows the area inside out and can advise on the benefits of moving and working there.

Why move to Vietnam? It offers a diverse experience, from its beautiful beaches to lush landscapes. You can enjoy delicious food and lively nightlife, with street-side ‘bia hoi’ available for pennies! You can explore the country's varied geography, from limestone karsts to rice paddies, perfect for outdoor activities. Vietnam has a rich history and culture, and has a rapidly-growing economy. Vietnam is a dynamic destination for exploration, whether by motorbike (it’s popular to buy or rent one and ride the whole length of the country!) or simply soaking in its natural beauty and vibrant atmosphere at one of the popular destinations within the country.

There are a range of international schools in Vietnam, from new and growing start-ups to world-renowned, elite academic establishments. In terms of benefits, what can you expect? Vietnamese international schools will generally offer a good salary with good saving potential, as the cost of living is low compared to the Western world. You’d also receive help with housing, usually in the form of an accommodation allowance, medical insurance, flights to and from the country (either annually or at the start and end of the contract) free or discounted tuition for your children (usually up to a maximum of two) and visa costs covered.

If you are interested and sufficiently qualified and would like more information, please send your CV to me at james@worldwide-teaching.com.
