Job Description:
An established international school in the Cayman Islands is seeking a qualified Psychology Teacher to join their team in January 2026. The school follows the British curriculum and offers a supportive environment for experienced secondary educators with a background in delivering high-quality Psychology instruction at IGCSE and A-Level (or IB equivalent).
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, student-centred lessons that promote academic excellence and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Psychology lessons in line with the British (or IB) curriculum

Plan, assess, and differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs

Requirements:

Recognised teaching qualification in Psychology or a related subject

Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience

Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level (or IB) is essential
