Job Duties:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students
• Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in Education or relevant subject
• Knowledge of the National Curriculum

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience with special educational needs (SEN) students
• Experience using technology in the classroom

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a primary school setting, following the school calendar and timetable. Regular working hours are expected with occasional additional duties and events outside of normal hours.
