I am currently looking for a teacher of Physics who available from as soon as possible for a teaching role in an Orthodox Jewish Boys school in Salford. The role is initially on a supply basis to cover a sickness absence. The role Teacher of GCSE Physics, KS3 Science and KS3 Maths Timetable as follows Monday 12noon to 6pm Tuesday 12noon to 6pm Wednesday 12noon to 6pm Thursday 12noon to 6pm Recent experience of teaching Physics to Key stage 3 and 4 Experience of teaching in a small faith school or boys school would beneficial Teachers must hold QTS or QTLS (NQTs may apply) The school Salford Jewish Orthodox Boys schools for boys aged 11 to 15. Students study the Kodesh curriculum in the morning and secular studies are in the afternoon. GCSE curriculum is started in year 9 with students sitting GCSE examinations at the end of year 10 and leave school at the end of year 10 aged 14-15. Easily accessible by bus and car on the Salford/Bury border Recently relocated to new premises due to being oversubscribed Covid testing on site and staff and students currently teach using safe social distancing methods.
