Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons to students
- Assess and evaluate student progress in physical activities
- Organise and supervise sports events and competitions
- Promote a healthy and active lifestyle among students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Physical Education or related field
- Experience in teaching Physical Education at a school or educational institution
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in sports and physical activities
Education:
- Degree in Physical Education or related field
Experience:
- Teaching Physical Education at a school or educational institution
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of sports and physical education curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to participate in physical activities
- Organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience in coaching sports teams
- First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
