I am currently recruiting for a Pastoral Manager for a full time ongoing role in a secondary school in Manchester starting immediately to cover a sickness absence. The Role Covering an absent Pastoral manager / head of Year for year 9 Supporting pastoral care in a secondary school Five days a week Supporting teenagers with moderate learning difficulties such as dyslexia , dyspraxia and dyscalcula Supporting teenagers with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties Supporting teenagers with mental health needs and anxiety Contacting parents to discuss the child Liaising with the Head of progress, SENCo and senior leaders in the school Administering first aid The School 11 to 16 academy in Central Manchester Good Ofsted Popular community school with good behaviour Easily accessible on public transport The Benefits Full time ongoing temporary role Excellent support from department and senior leadership team Good Behaviour, positive atmosphere - Supply teachers love working here!
