School HR Director - Kuwait Worldwide Teaching are currently recruiting on behalf of an International School based in Kuwait for a HR Director to start in August 2021. This International School opened in 2006 and is a private, non-profit college preparatoy school designed to prepare students for College and University admission in the US, UK and Canada. They cater for ages Pre-Kindergarten through to Grade 12 and have a teaching staff of over 192 individuals. The school are looking for a HR Director with: -At least 5 years experience working within HR in a US or UK Currciulum School - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resrouces Management, Business or a related field - In-depth knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law regulations related to human resources - Experience in the management, and oversight of departmental budget - The school are unable to offer placements to those with dependants In return the school offers; - Generous salaries depending on experience - Housing allowance of 350KD - Private Health Insurance - Annual flight reimbursement For more information or to apply, please get in touch with Amy on amy@worldwide-teaching.com
