Head of RE – Buxton Cover People are seeking an experienced and talented Head of RE who is available from ASAP at a Secondary School in Buxton. This role is a full time, long term role and could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. The Role •Teaching classes, including planning, recording, assessing and meeting the social and learning needs of individual pupils •Maintaining the positive Catholic ethos and core values of the school •Fulfilling the professional responsibilities of a teacher and meeting the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards •You will have strong leadership skills and a clear focus on raising attainment across the department along with the ability to lead a subject area as part of your overall responsibilities.
