A reputable British International School in the Cayman Islands is seeking an accomplished Head of Maths to join its leadership team from August 2026. The school delivers the British curriculum and places strong emphasis on academic excellence, leadership, and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Mathematics department
- Teach Maths across secondary key stages
- Develop and implement departmental schemes of work and assessments
- Monitor student progress and raise attainment
- Support staff development and contribute to whole-school leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related subject
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Strong knowledge of the British curriculum
- Previous leadership or departmental experience preferred
- Confident classroom management and strategic leadership skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum
