School Description:
A well-established British International School in the Cayman Islands is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Business Studies to join its senior leadership team from August 2026. The school follows the British curriculum and is committed to high academic standards, strong pastoral care, and whole-school development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Business Studies department
- Teach Business Studies across relevant secondary key stages
- Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and department strategy
- Support and mentor teaching staff within the department
- Contribute to whole-school leadership and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Strong knowledge of the British curriculum
- Proven leadership or middle management experience preferred
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum
- Accommodation: Accommodation allowance provided
