Cover People are recruiting for strong General Cover Teacher’s in Bury for a September start. Some of our Good rated schools in Bury are looking for strong candidates with excellent classroom presence seeking work flexibility. Working as a General Cover Teacher offers flexibility that full time positions cannot such as a change in pace with no planning and marking involved.

Our schools are supportive and understanding, with excellent and supportive SLT allowing new starters to settle in with minimal issues.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will hold QTS or QTLS
  • Adaptive and quick thinker
  • Recent experience teaching within secondary schools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The above vacancy is a temporary position. Occasionally, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. We offer flexibility with this, as we understand some candidates may not wish to commit to a permanent contract.
