Job Description:
An established International School in the historic city of AlUla, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified and dedicated female Librarian to join its team for the 2025 academic year. The school follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and emphasizes a student-centered approach to learning. The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering a love of reading, supporting curriculum resources, and managing the school’s library facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the school library.
Develop and maintain the library collection in alignment with the IB curriculum.
Support students and staff in locating and utilizing library resources effectively.
Promote literacy and encourage a culture of reading within the school community.
Organize book fairs, reading programs, and library events.
Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate library services into the broader educational program.
Requirements:
A relevant degree in Library Science, Information Studies, or a related field.
A minimum of two years of experience working in a school library (preferred).
Familiarity with the IB curriculum is advantageous.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to support learners of diverse backgrounds in an inclusive environment.
