EYFS Teaching assistant Cover People are currently recruiting for an EYFS TA role in a Primary School in Stockport who are frequently looking for experienced EYFS SENTA to cover day 2 and also long term. The school are in need of staff that are local and are able to get to the school with 30 minutes. The Role A primary school in Stockport is currently looking for a TA to provide support both inside the classroom as well as utilising the outside provision. You will be expected to actively interact with the children, observing and recording their learning following the EYFS framework. You will have extensive knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and have experience of work with children with additional needs. The candidate must have: • 6 months experience working with children • Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEN • Excellent behaviour management skills • Excellent communication skills • DBS on update register • References for last 2 years work history • Up to date CV The School The school is a 1 form entry and has just achieved “good” for the second time running. The SLT are very supportive of personal development and may offer courses throughout the course of the academic year.
