We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to join a COBIS accredited school in the vibrant city of Istanbul. The ideal candidate must have experience teaching the British curriculum or the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Chemistry lessons to students, inspiring a love for the subject, and preparing them for their future academic endeavors. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons in line with the British curriculum or IB standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Science curriculum.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Chemistry within the British curriculum or IB program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
