Catering Assistant- Trafford Cover People are recruiting on behalf of two schools in South Manchester who are looking for Catering Assistants for immediate starts. The Role • To perform a variety of manual tasks (which may include cleaning, fetching, carrying and similar tasks) associated with food production and service in the School kitchen. • Food Production: To clean and prepare vegetables for cooking or as instructed. • Counter service and clearing away kitchen and dining area Requirements • Experience supervising children • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one • Excellent behaviour management skills • Excellent communication skills Benefits • Excellent pay rates • On-going support from your dedicated Consultant • Free Level 2 Safeguarding CPD training • Temporary to Permanent All candidates are subject to standard safeguarding and employment checks including a face-to-face interview and DBS checks.
