I am currently looking for a teacher or Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work as a Temporary Alternative Provision manager for a full time role in a secondary school on the Manchester/Rochdale border from as soon as possible on a temporary cover basis The role Full time SEN Teacher or teaching assistant supporting students with behaviour and other additional needs including SEMH I am looking for someone with experience of- Supporting teenagers with autism or Asperger's or ASD Supporting teenagers with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties A background in social care such as children's social worker, family support or adults with mental health would also be considered Five days a week The school Church of England secondary Academy Improving school working to regain its previous Good Ofsted status Positive community focused school Excellent facilities for teaching and learning Easily accessible by bus and car The benefits Excellent pay rates Full time ongoing role Working within a small collaborative SEN department Supportive department and Senior Leadership team All candidates are subject to standard safeguarding and employment checks including a face to face interview and DBS checks.
